این توافقنامه شرایط شرکت در برنامهٔ «مشاور ویژه» در canadafarsi.com را روشن میکند. با ثبتنام در برنامه، شما این شرایط را میپذیرید.
This agreement sets out the terms for participating in the Featured Consultant program on canadafarsi.com. By enrolling, you accept these terms.
۱. ماهیت برنامه · What the program is
جایگاه ویژه یک قرارداد تبلیغاتی با هزینهٔ ثابت ماهانهٔ ۴۹ دلار کانادا ($49 CAD/month) است. این یک خرید فضای تبلیغاتی است، نه ارجاع، نه تأیید، و نه هرگونه رابطهٔ همکاری حرفهای.
Featured placement is a flat $49 CAD/month advertising placement. It is a purchase of ad space — not a referral, not an endorsement, and not any professional partnership.
۲. بدون هیچ تضمینی · No guarantee
هیچ تضمینی برای سرنخ (lead)، کلیک، تماس، یا هرگونه نتیجهای از هیچ نوعی وجود ندارد. شما صرفاً برای نمایش در جایگاه ویژه پرداخت میکنید، نه برای نتیجه. ما هیچ تعهدی نسبت به حجم یا کیفیت بازدید نمیدهیم.
There is NO guarantee of leads, clicks, contacts, or outcomes of any kind. You pay solely for the featured placement, not for results. We make no commitment regarding the volume or quality of traffic.
۳. صورتحساب · Billing
صورتحساب بهصورت ماهانهٔ تکرارشونده است و تا زمانی که لغو نکنید ادامه مییابد. ماه نخست میتواند بهصورت اختیاری رایگان ارائه شود، که صرفاً بهعنوان یک دورهٔ آزمایشی تبلیغاتی در نظر گرفته میشود. میتوانید هر زمان لغو کنید؛ لغو از دورهٔ صورتحساب بعدی اعمال میشود و مبلغ پرداختشده بازگردانده نمیشود.
Billing is monthly recurring and continues until you cancel. An optional first month free may be offered, framed strictly as an advertising trial. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect from the next billing cycle and fees already paid are non-refundable.
۴. حذف بر اساس شکایت · Removal on complaint
در صورت دریافت یک شکایت معتبر، کانادافارسی میتواند مشاور را از جایگاه ویژه حذف کند. این بهصلاحدید ما برای حفظ سلامت پلتفرم انجام میشود.
The consultant may be removed from the featured placement on a valid complaint. This is at our discretion to protect the integrity of the platform.
۵. مسئولیت رعایت قوانین · Your compliance
مشاور بهتنهایی مسئول رعایت تمام قوانین مربوط به خود است — از جمله CICC، مقررات استانی، الزامات حقوقی و حرفهای. کانادافارسی صلاحیت، مجوز، یا عملکرد مشاور را بررسی یا تضمین نمیکند.
The consultant is solely responsible for their own CICC, provincial, legal, and professional compliance. canadafarsi.com does not vet, license, or guarantee the consultant's qualifications, registration, or conduct.
۶. سلب مسئولیت · Disclaimer
canadafarsi.com is an independent advertising platform. We are not a licensed immigration consultant, law firm, or a CICC-registered agent. Featured placement is paid advertising, not a referral or endorsement. The consultant is solely responsible for their own professional and regulatory compliance.
کانادافارسی یک پلتفرم تبلیغاتی مستقل است. ما مشاور مهاجرت، مؤسسهٔ حقوقی یا نمایندهٔ ثبتشدهٔ CICC نیستیم. جایگاه ویژه، تبلیغات پولی است، نه ارجاع یا تأیید. مسئولیت رعایت قوانین حرفهای و نظارتی صرفاً بر عهدهٔ خود مشاور است.
